![]() Pilgrims at Shrine of Honor |
A group of travelers set out for an hours-long pilgrimage across the old lands of Felucca Monday evening. Departing the harbor of Maginicia, the group first traveled to the Shrine of Humility on Fire Isle. By the end of the evening, their travels had circumnavigated the whole realm of Felucca, visiting each of the 8 Shrines of Virtue either by ship or horseback. Along the way, they met only a very small number of people, none of whom gave trouble despite the reputation of Felucca being replete with brigands and murderers.
The group consisted of Lissa Eldi, Templar Kefka, Magni, Amber Sky and Tancred RedStar. The tale of their pilgrimage will soon be available in an extended telling in the Quests section within the next few days detailing their encounters and observations during this solemn quest. |

![]() Anton tries an experiment |
Anton[KCR] hosted tonight's Red Wolf Cafe event in Gyldenfeld. Calling upon the power of the ethers, Anton would move to different locations in time and space. Broadcasting his presence via the ethers, Anton tried to relay his location to Tancred back the cafe. As time went on, Tancred tried fitfully to pinpoint his location, giving out clues as he homed in on Anton's whereabouts. Runners would then try to seek out Anton's location based on the psychically passed information.
After three experiments with this mystic power, Tancred's mind could handle no more, but not before Terra[*V*] had managed to locate Anton each time, pinpointing his location before anyone else could. For his keen abilities at deciphering the messages from the ethers relayed through Tancred, Terra took home a nice gold check to spruce up her wardrobe(it's not easy being a geomancer!). |

![]() Amber and Seth join the Fellowship |
Wednesday's guild meeting began with Hyssmaye detailing the soon-to-be running guild vendor. She will be operating the vendor on behalf of the guild at the Gyldenfeld General Store, right next to the Red Wolf Cafe. The vendor will sell items donated by guildmembers. Lissa will be setting up a donation drop box soon. The proceeds from the vendor will help fund various activities and events, including the ongoing operation of the Red Wolf Cafe events. Check the guild messageboard for donation guidelines and be sure to post any questions you may have there. A big thank you to Hyssmaye for dedicating some of her time to running the guild vendor!
Gul'dan made a big first donation of 1 million gold pieces to help get things rolling. Lissa also announced a generous donation of an additional million gold from an anonymous benefactor - a huge thank you to both the kind souls! |
Tancred also announced that he would soon be kicking off the Red Wolf Cafe Bake Sale. The vendor would be located at the Red Wolf Cafe and offer GM Chef-made baked goods at varying prices, depending on the item. Already, Lady Ommadawn has contributed a fine assortment of goodies and Hyssmaye promised to get busy in her kitchen as well. The Bake Sale will be formally announced and started in the next day or two.
In other news, Seth and Amber Sky both joined the Fellowship of Virtue tonight. Seth has been a gallant warrior during his prospect stage and Amber is a long-time friend and frequent contributor to the guild and cafe who finally took the plunge. Please give a warm welcome to our two newest members!
Ignis Corus was promoted tonight to the rank of Knight. Citing his long service and devotion to the guild, the vote to elevate his rank was a resounding and unanimous "aye" by the members present.
| Also promoted tonight, Magni was elevated to the rank of Elder Knight by consensus of the Elders. A loyal and active member of the Fellowship for over a year, Magni has been a pillar of the guild, never hesitating to lend his support and guidance. As the highest honor the guild can bestow, Magni was the choice recipient of the promotion - congrats again Magni! | ![]() Magni |

Held at the Ethereal Palace far northeast of the Shrine of Spirituality, it was a happy ocassion for the bride and groom as well as their friends and guests in attedance. There ceremony, attended by a group of Fellowship of Virtue guildmembers that included Lissa Eldi, Magni, Xotche as Amber and Tancred, was followed by a hearty reception and then a celebratory hunt. Everyone was formally dressed for this momentous ocassion in the lives of the bride and groom and showered the couple with wedding gifts and praise on their special day.
Best wishes and congratulations to the newlyweds! |

![]() Ring of Fire course | What a night. It wasn't bad enough that the heavens opened up and lightning struck the Red Wolf Cafe and stunned the host and contestants for 15 minutes. The wind and rain made for a very interesting race. All racers made it to the docks in fair condition and lauched their boats. Lady Hinotori[Fox] and Kara[*V*] with her mate Korynne[K^B] being the first, with Seth[*V*] and Rogan close behind. Standing on the light ship "The Merry Loner," Magni waited for the racers to sail by and record the ships name. First seen was Lady Hinotori with Kara, side by side, as they collided with the light ship and then sailed away. Who would be first back at the Magencia docks? Waiting, waiting, seas are boiling, wind is blowing, sails tearing off the mast, oh the humanity. Where are the rest of the racers? Deciding to get off the light ship while it was still a ship, Magni went back to the docks in hopes of finding someone from the race there. Alas, not one sailor had made land fall, only Merilonna[*V*] still standing watch after gating all the parties to the docks(thank you Merilonna for all your help tonight), always vigilant and waiting for a distress call from one of the sailors. |
Next was Rogan, in the posistion known as "show", he showed, he raced and he sailed in the money with a prize of 10,000 gold pieces! Kara, with her mate Korynne[K^B], slammed into the dock in the position called "place"(they placed their boat thru the dock onto land and tore up Mrs. Hatchfield's herb garden) and they walked away with 25,000 gold peices. The always gracious Kara donated her winnings back to the cafe(Thanks Kara and Korynne!).
And first, but not least, the Lady Hinotori[Fox] sailed her boat in the posistion we call "Winner" and took home first prize of 50,000 gold pieces. Still stunned by the lightning and heavy rains, all went home to recoup for the next months Red Wolf Cafe Regatta. Cya all then! -Magni[*V*]

![]() piles of balron corpses |
The Fellowship of Virtue embarked upon a guild hunt tonight, first taking down blood elementals in the blood dungeon. It was quick work, even with the ocassional paragon appearing, but soon the thirst for adventure led to the group to larger prey. The balrons known to guard the Shrine of Chaos in Ilshenar were next, and many fell before the combined strength of the group. 137,000 gold, a number of paragons and one level 6 treasure map later, the group called it a night and set out for Skara Brae to divide the loot.
The level 6 map will come in handy this Sunday at 9:30pm EST when Loopy[FTH] will be hosting a treasure hunting night at the Red Wolf Cafe in Gyldenfeld. All are welcome, just try not to be late! |

![]() mysterious meeting |
A stranger approached Tancred and asked for a private meeting regarding the security of Gyldenfeld. Always concerned about the welfare of the town, Tancred met with the gentlemen at the Red Wolf Cafe. The stranger, Inspector Anzar of the Sosarian Secret Service[SSS], offered to extend his services to Gyldenfeld, namely in the areas of intelligence gathering, counter-espionage and surveillance.
Anzar also mentioned that the Sosarian Secret Service is also active in crime investigation, evidence gathering and enforcement across the realm, even for other unnamed guilds and towns. Given that Gyldenfeld has no govermental agency to deal with such things beyond the limited scope of the town militia, Tancred welcomed the offer and was provided with a few interesting tidbits of information. |

![]() guild meeting begins |
The Fellowship of Virtue met Thursday night at the guild tower in Gyldenfeld to address various guild topics. Tancred started off by explaining the upcoming town surveying of Gyldenfeld. The survey will seek to gather information on several aspects of the town such as land use, occupancy, boundaries and other helpful town planning and resource management information.
Hyssmaye then gave a brief guild vendor report, citing 113,000 gold in sales already and presented a check to Lissa for the guild treasury. Hyssmaye especially thanked Templar Kefka for his generous donation of items for the guild vendor and many others present at the meeting also pledged to bring items to Hyssmaye. |

![]() getting ready for the tour |
With the advent of UO:Mondain's Legacy, many new and amazing things have appeared in the realm. New dungeons, new wonders, an elven enclave and even stern librarians!
Scores of citizens from across the lands turned up at the Red Wolf Cafe in Gyldenfeld on Tuesday evening for a tour of some of the new wonders. The tour began with the dungeons, visiting the Painted Caves, the Palace of Paroxysmus, the Prism of Light and all the others. Next, the group stopped by the entrance to Heartwood, city of the elves, located in the recently restored Yew. The tour then wound up with a visit to each of the Community Collection spots - the Zoo in Moonglow, the Library in Britain(where some displeased librarians gave them a "shh!") and finally the Museum in Vesper. The Museum in Vesper will be the target of another upcoming event, meeting this Sunday at 9pm EST at the Red Wolf Cafe, where the assembled party will work together towards enriching Chesapeake's heritage and donating items to help build the museum(and maybe getting some nifty rewards to boot!). |
The Red Wolf Cafe in Gyldenfeld will also be hosting several other UOML-related events this month including a Peerless monster/dungeon hunt, a fishing tournament night(to get items for fishtanks and white pearls) and other events. Check out the Events Calendar to see times and dates as well as more events to come!
Special thanks for helping out tonight go to Lady Ommadawn[M/B] for donating runebooks, Cara[*V*] for runebooks and marking runes for all those who could not, and to Xotche of Meade[TDA] for providing the pesky rune to the Labryinthe dungeon as well as taking interested persons on a tour of the Elf Heritage Quest locations.
If you missed tonight's event or would like to mark more runebooks of the tour stops, a runebook with the locations has been locked down on the steps of the Red Wolf Cafe in Gyldenfeld for anyone to use.

![]() Lissa announces the winner |
The Fellowship of Virtue gathered in Magincia for the monthly guild tournament Wednesday evening. The field of contenders was mostly arms and armor this month but a spirited contest it was!
After a series of 3 elimnation rounds, it came down to the powerful samurai Amnidar and the mighty paladin Kara, the previous month's Guild Champion. Amnidar came on strong, swinging his deadly axe as Kara raced to heal and stay alive. Twice Amnidar seemed within just another swing of victory, but Kara persevered and began to turn the tables. She finally had Amnidar reeling and moved in for a final strike, securing the title of Guild Champion for another month! Lissa awarded Kara for her accomplishment with a gold check as her price for winning the tournament. |
