Last night a group of *V* members and friends travelled to Ilshenar Compassion for a raid on the Savage village.
The blue berries they harvest are useful in making facial paint, and according to one hunter, quite tasty in pies!

The savages scattered and tried to do as much damage as possible, but were hunted down mercilessly.

In all, 54 berries were gathered for the guild vendors, as well as a good amount of gold for the hunters.

The deadly Lox in action

The Fellowship participated in tonight's Running Man event at the Red Wolf Cafe in Gyldenfeld. Esteemed pvp fighters Broli[(O)] and Lox[(O)] were this month's Running Man team. With 17 kills each, the duo proved especially deadly. After about 15 minutes into the event, Jon scored a winning kill, taking down Lox and earning 50,000 gold and a +15 stat scroll(donated by Bonami of the UO Stratics Chesapeake messageboard). Broli survived the full hour of the event and was awarded his prize of 50,000 gold and +15 stat scroll as well, being the first Running Man to survive the full 60 minutes in a regulation event.

In other news, Archer Night will be held at the Red Wolf Cafe in Gyldenfeld Tuesday night at 9pm EST. All are welcome, but only archers may compete in the archery tournament and attend the archer hunt following the contest!

As a sidenote, website updates will hopefully be returning to a more regular, timely format.

Last night's Archer night began with eleven Archer's competing for 185k in prize money at Haven Archery buttes.

Excellence was the rule of the day, but after two rounds, the four top scorers faced off in the prize round. Final results were:

1st place: VivaLaMusica(C'M) 100k
2nd place: IIfer(*V*) 50k
3rd place: HulkingGoblin(KSS) 25k
4th place: Katerina(WIT) 10k

After the contest, it was decided to take up Dragon slayers and head to Ilshenar for the rest of the evening.
After a long walk through the twisty passages of the Elemental Cave, the Dragon spawning grounds were reached, where a shiny gold dragon awaited. After much strategizing, (and more than a few death robes!), the golden Dragon was defeated!

A few more Dragons and Drakes were vanquished, and a paragon Drake finally produced a treasure chest!
A roll of the dice decided that it would be added to next month's prizes, making first place in October worth 100,000 gp and a nice new dull copper paragon chest!
